I can only do the black stitching during the day as i literally cannot see it in the evening even with a good light directed on it!
I can concentrate and make little dooeys without distraction. And when all the little dooeys get added up, it means that Shock Therapy is soooooooooo close to finishing for the 24th of September hand off to Karin!
Nessie is quite upset right now: not only is she being “abandoned” through the day, but Daddy isn’t here for the night-time “jam-jam” ritual. Going to have to make it up to her big time tomorrow!
And now i must get ready for this STOOPID day job………..

I have the exact same problem with black cloth and stitching at night. I love the freeform shapes your creating.

That’s why medieval embroiders guilds required their members to work only in daylight. A rule, I fear, honored more in the breach than the honoring, particularly when a wealthy patron was waiting for their finery.
